Every year prior to the actual FIRST conference is a one and a half day FIRST Education event.  This can take the form of training or discussion on various educational topics.

Obviously educating people with regard to good security practices is a core part of FIRST but how do we effectively educate both ourselves and our colleagues?

This year, the training event took the form of a discussion and one aspect of the discussion I felt was interesting was how several companies have built a library or repository of security resources.

These security resources could be in the form of actual training material, security whitepapers, videocasts, podcasts and links to specific security forums.
