Terms and Conditions for This Competition

- All entrants to competitions promoted on ITProPortal.com must be 18 years or over and resident in the UK. 
- Employees and their families of Net Communities Ltd. ("Promoter") or any of their affiliates are not eligible to enter. 
- No purchase of any sort is necessary. 
- All entries must be received by midnight on the 13th November 2008, the closing date of the competition. 
- The winner will be selected at random, which will be witnessed by an independent observer.
- The winner will be notified within two weeks of the draw. 
- The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
- The prize is subject to availability and the Promoter may substitute the prize with another of a similar nature and/or comparable value. 
- The prize winner will not be entitled to a cash alternative.
- All competition entries will be stored on our seminars and ITProPortal Newsletters databases.
