  • Companies use LinkedIn to Find Top Talent

09 January, 2007, by Desire Athow

In 2006, more than 350 major companies deployed LinkedIn Corporate Solutions across their staffing departments, establishing LinkedIn as one of the leaders in the recruiting and sourcing of passive job candidates.

“With LinkedIn, we’ve been able to fill positions faster than ever before,” said John Zwieg, Senior Staffing Manager at Logitech. “I started a pilot program with LinkedIn last year and in the first three months we were able to successfully fill 22 positions. We’ve now deployed LinkedIn Corporate Solutions across our entire North American staffing team.”

LinkedIn’s corporate customers cover a spectrum of industries including tech giants Microsoft, eBay, Intuit and Adobe, leading mass market retailers such as Circuit City, Target and Walmart.com, and top consumer brands such as L’Oreal and NetFlix.

These companies have adopted LinkedIn Corporate Solutions across their staffing and recruiting organizations and pay between $10,000 and $250,000 annually for subscriptions, which include access to the LinkedIn network of over 8.5 million professionals, enhanced search and communication capabilities, as well as job listing packages.
