Phil Green – The Wrong Course

In this podcast, Phil Green discusses with Ben Chai, editor of Learning Technologies magazine, how and why students of IT and other subjects often end up on the wrong instructional course. Is it because the pre-course questionnaires are ineffective or is it something deeper? 

Phil Green has developed strategies and materials to raise performance in business over many years.  He has a special interest in modular learning and technology-based training, with skills in performance analysis through outline design to implementation. He has managed many projects for retailers, oil companies, financial service and pharmaceutical companies and departments of government. 

As resident editor and commentator in the supplement to Fenman's monthly Training Journal Phil wrote the acclaimed Train The Trainer series, and is a regular contributor to a range of management skills, technology, training and human resources magazines.

Phil is a Member of ASTD, The eLearning Guild and the Institute of Directors and was elected to the post of Acting Chairman of the ELearning Network in 2006. He is also an Online Learning Specialist for CIPD.
