    The Broadband Download Monitor is a tool that tracks your downloads and alerts you as you get near a limit that you set. If you're thinking of switching broadband packages, you can also use it to measure your usage and see what limit you could comfortably cope with a new ISP.

    Version 1.3 fixes some issues with shut-downs and installer (remember existing settings upon re-install)/un-install/registry as well as more cleaner uninstall.
