  • £599.99 Advent Eco PC complete with Free Delivery

23 September, 2008, by Desire Athow
The Advent Eco PC features a unique self cooling design, meaning there's no need for noisy, power-draining fans to regulate the temperature.

The Advent Eco PC uses 78% less energy when compared to a standard desktop PC's power consumption of 105w, meaning significant cost savings on your energy bills, while keeping you safe in the knowledge that you're doing your part to reduce the amount of energy you use.

The Eco PC's casing is produced from recycled aluminium and plastic. Even the packaging has been reduced, so that all the user manuals and documentation are pre-installed on the PC rather than in paper form in the box.

The computer comes with a Core 2 Duo T5250 CPU, 2GB of memory, a 160GB laptop hard disk drive, Windows Vista Home premium, Wireless connectivity, a (slot-in?) DVD writer and four USB connectors.

The Advent Eco PC is on sale at PC World for £599.99 delivered. A bit expensive for our taste but still a welcomed addition to the Green PC revolution.
