One Mobile Ring has captured in both pictures and on video the flexible and bendable 'Kinetic' handset from Nokia, which is running in a prototype stage at the moment but is still fully functional.

The handset can be twisted and bend in certain ways to evoke a response from the device, such as loading pictures and moving through them in order.

Besides the bending offering functionality, this also adds an additional robustness that is missing from the common place mobile phone - where just sitting down with a handset in your back pocket could break it in half.

Check out the images below that highlight the Nokia Kinetic flexible nature, along with a video demonstration of the phone in action at the bottom.
