Many of us, myself included, tend to be quite insular in the way in which we view security. By insular I mean that we tend to focus predominantly on our company security and our home security which in our positions is the right thing to do.

However have you ever wondered about the security of the systems that affect various aspects of our national infrastructure?

A compromise in security of systems that attend to water, electricity, transport, to name a few all, can all have an impact on our lives.  One session that looks at these aspects is SCADA Security – Who is Really in Control of our Control Systems.

If you weren’t able to attend this session, do look out for the upcoming Podcast with Peter Allor who highlights some of the issues from his talk.
