Ken Van Wyk has been an elected representative on the steering committee for over a decade and has worked in many different positions. These positions are volunteer positions so each committee member each give a substantial amont of their work time to help with the smooth running of FIRST.

In this podcast, Ken chats with Ben Chai about what its like being chairman and vice chair, how these positions help the FIRST organisation, why he continues to do it and why people should attend the FIRST conference.
