ARM Jazzes Up Mobile Graphics With Its Latest Offering

ARM newly launched graphic processor called ARM Mali-400MP is an attempt to boost the performance in future handhelds

Of late there has been growing demands from users to view the web content including mapping applications on their mobile which has consequently pushed the graphics potential of devices.

According to ARM the increasing public demand has given rise to the booming of graphic processor units.

The processor is expected to revolutionize the mobile and HDTV viewing experience for mobile users.

The company also expects that by 2012 around 625million mobile handsets will be featuring graphic processor units that are generally known as GPUs.

The company promises to meet the growing demand for GPUs by generating more such devices that too at an increasingly low price.

The Mali -400 has the potential of delivering around 1 billion pixels per second thereby simplifying the task by dividing it between the fragments of every identical processor.
