HP has announced the launch of their stunning Voodoo Envy133 laptop, to compete with Apple's already existing MacBook Air laptop.

Hewlett and Packard have introduced a new slim (skinny) laptop into the market which is actually thinner than the MacBook Air.

HP claims that the thickness of the newly launched Voodoo Envy133 is just 1.75cm, and the weight is just 1.5kg; built with Intel's Centrino processor, this size-zero laptop boasts a backlight 13.3 inch display.

In addition the lights on the keypad automatically switch off instantly when you stop typing.

Besides the pre-installed Linux or Windows systems, Voodoo Envy133 also offers a wide range of specifications and customizable designs along with carbon fiber case that is available in white or black and a gesture touchpad.

The laptop has a strong feature set that includes Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, integrated mobile broadband, USB port, HDMI port, a VGA web cam and a 2nd joint USB/E-SATA port; great for external storage devices

The Envy also has a handy Splashtop Linux-based tool that allows an instant Internet access without booting into the Windows.
