AOL To Offer Mobile Content With WIN

AOL has joined up WIN to set up a mobile content store for both the web and mobile portals. Mobile content delivery company WIN, has announced that it will provide full-fledged mobile content delivery store to AOL.

This move will help AOL dispense information, entertainment, and paid-for content services to its web and mobile users; as per a deal signed between the two firms earlier.

In addition to providing key services- including content aggregation, portal designing and ongoing services development- WIN will also incorporate mobile delivery of AOL’s Instant Messenger (AIM) service for UK.

Chris Locke, AOL’s mobile director for Europe, has mentioned the significance of enriching the mobile and web content to lure the new mobile users, and he finds WIN as a quality partner in delivering strong and relevant services.

WIN is already providing its services to some of the key network providers and companies including, Vodafone, T-Mobile, Barclays, BBC, O2, etc and assisting them to set-up an optimized customer service channels.

“This is a milestone agreement for WIN and a tremendous endorsement of our capabilities. We are providing AOL with best of breed mobile”, Graham Rivers, CEO WIN, said.
