Sony Ericsson's Mid-range T700 Phone Ups Camera Resolution, Targets Fashionistas

Sony is all set to roll out its trendy mobile handset, T700, for UK market, somewhere in the first quarter of the next year, replacing the T610.

Unsurprisingly, T700 is 10 mm thin, and comes with a 3.0 megapixel camera and in-built stereo speakers with colour-matched headset; additionally, the device also includes - FM radio, 2-inch TFT display, Google Maps, and has in-built storage capacity of 512 MB.

The most striking feature of the device that helps its users stand-out from the crowd is “self-portrait mirror”, which helps its user in checking their make-up, hair, dress, etc.

The phone is capable of supporting quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE networks, and is available in two eyeball catchy colour combinations - ‘black on silver’ and ‘black on red’ with a strip of shining silver on it.

Sven Tottè, Sony Ericsson’s Marketing Head for Design said, “Sleek and shiny, the slim elegance of T700 gives users a premium experience at a mid-range price point - perfect for the design conscious.”
