T-Mobile sells 20,000 iPhones Per Week Despite Delivery Issues

Apple’s iPhone is all set to create history with its incredible sales across the globe, and its authorized dealers have generated huge profits by selling the device in their respective regions, and T-Mobile is one of them.

The European network operator has sold as many as 120,000 devices since its launch, in its three assigned territories namely - Austria, Germany, and The Netherlands, T-Mobile’s CEO Hamid Akhavan, told the German language magazine, Focus.

The device was launched in 22 countries simultaneously, and due to its massive demand, it has been running out of stocks since then, however, the company is trying its best to match the customer’s rising demands.

Germany turns out to be largest consumer for T-Mobile, as it accounts for the sale of almost 75,000 handsets alone, out of the total 120,000 sold by the operator; meanwhile, Apple has also reportedly struck a deal with Mobile TeleSystems to distribute the 3G iPhone in Russia.
