Vodafone has declared the pricing details of its new mobile broadband package that would offer data connectivity through Dell's Inspiron 9 netbooks.
The mobile operator has stated that the netbook will come with a pre-installed Vodafone SIM along with an in-built broadband dongle and confirmed that it will be available for free with 2-year mobile broadband contract, with a monthly rental of GBP25.
Designed as an internet focused netbook, Dell Inspiron Mini 9 boasts of 8.9-inch wide LED display, Bluetooth support, SSD drive and an integrated webcam; further, the company has also claimed that it has significantly increased the life of its battery through an in-built mobile broadband card, instead of using a USB-port.
The company hasn't announced the exact launch date of the mobile broadband services yet, but it has indicated that the service may be available from mid-October.
The broadband bundle is first of its kind in UK that includes an integrated cellular module in netbook for broadband connectivity.
