The hungry eyes of communication industry turn to India and the proposed 3G and Wimax auctions, rescheduled to take place mid January 2010.
Delayed since last year the auctions will see untold billions of rupees of investment flow into the second most highly populated county on earth. Having supported out source contact centres in the developing world I hope a share of this investment is used to improve housing, schools, and medical care for contact centre workers and their families.
