AMD's upcoming ATI Radeon HD 5830 graphics chip has run into validation problems, sources at motherboard makers have told Taiwanese publication Digitimes.
AMD has said that graphics boards sporting the chip are currently in the hands of customers. It wouldn't confirm whether those customers are saying, "strewth mate, this don't bloody work."
"We do not comment on unannounced products nor respond to market rumours," a spokesman said.
Fudzilla says the launch date for the product has been put back to February 5th and, while he doesn't have a source, he does have plenty of sauce.
