One-time chip maker, AMD reckons its Fusion Partner Program will help boost its corporate market share in Latin America to 30 per cent up by 2011.
South American spinner Nicolás Cánovas said the programme will now extend to SMEs and large enterprise markets in countries where AMD expect significant growth, particularly Brazil and Mexico, but also including Ecuador, Bolivia and Uruguay.
"We're entering March with what is showing to be a positive trend," Cánovas told BNamericas, reckoning AMD is well positioned to add to its 25 share of the corporate market.
"There are more platforms and more partners. I don't have any doubt that we will grow," he swaggered.
