Game maker Electronic Arts has made it into the most exclusive club in the US business world, the Fortune 500.
The company, which currently appears at number 494 in the list of America's highest grossing businesses, is the first gaming outfit to appear in the listing.
Microsoft, which also makes games, appears at number 36 on the list but, apparently it does some other stuff as well.
EA has made a concerted effort to clean up its act in recent times after being branded as a money making machine focused on recycling the same old sports franchises year after year.
It certainly looks like the change of attitude, and public perception, has done the company's bottom line little harm.
According to Fortune, EA's revenue shot up by nearly 15 per cent last year.
