Halo Reach Legendary bundle to cost $150

Adding exclusive content to boxed software is one way the gaming industry is adding value to genuine products and fighting piracy, and Bungie is about to take the idea to a whole new level.

Hardcore Halo fans with deep pockets will be desperate to get their hands on one of these extremely limited Halo Reach Legendary Edition box sets which weigh in at wallet worrying $150.

The lucky few will get the game disc housed in a recovered ONI 'black box, and exclusive in-game elite armour set for multiplayer modes, an artifact bag containing Dr Halsey’s (no connection) personal journal and other classified documents, and a giant statue of Noble team which apparently weighs ten pounds! And rather nice it looks too.

Luckily, there are a couple of less frighteningly expensive options for cheapskates including the bog-standard disk in a box for $60.
