Following the launch of its C1 and C2 devices, Finnish phone maker Nokia has released its new C3 handset.
The C3 is set to be released in the UK from 18 June and will be available to buy from Nokia's UK online store for £109.
Nokia's C3 is being targeted at younger smartphone users and those on tighter budgets. The handset is equipped with a QWERTY keyboard, and has been designed with social networking in mind. Facebook and Twitter are directly accessible from its home screen.
The phone also comes with enhanced e-mail management functions and instant messaging capabilities, plus a two-megapixel camera.
Mark Loughran, managing director at Nokia UK, said: “The Nokia C3 brings style and connectivity at an affordable price. Whether it’s via email, the web, social networks or IM, you are always connected, in a way that suits you.”
Nokia announced that the phone would be available exclusively on Vodafone for one month, before it also becomes available on O2.
Carphone Warehouse and Phones4u will begin stocking the phone from August.
