Sony's new PlayStation Move motion-sensing controller will go on sale in the US on 19 September, the company announced at the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) show.
The Move controller will be priced at $49.99, and the navigation controller will be available for $29.99.
Sony also announced that consumers would be able to purchase the Move controller, PlayStation Eye camera and copy of the new game, Sports Champions, as a part of a bundle for $99.99.
Sony said that the hardware package would be avilable as a bundle with a new PlayStation 3 console for $399.99.
The PS Move controller in the latest in a range of motion-sensing gaming peripherals to have been announced at E3. Only the day before, Microsoft announced its Kinect Xbox 360 controller.
Sony has confirmed that more PS Move game titles will be released soon after the commercial launch of the device, including Tiger Woods PGA Tour 11 and Resident Evil 5 Gold Edition.
