Nokia has partnered with Tim Kring, the creator of “Heroes”, to bring to life the radical concept of reality gaming.
The game will be called the "Conspiracy of Good" and will feature an eco-friendly NGO playing the lead against the evil, fictitious multinational contractor Blackwell Briggs.
With an interactive theatrics and music, Nokia aims to be able to provide an alternative gaming experience to its customers, combining free online gaming with various live events, staged, managed and paid by the company.
Nokia has described the game as a "fictional experience using interactive theatre, mobile and alternate reality gaming, music and physical participation."
In a statement, Tim Kring said: “I believe that storytelling has the power to create positive change in the world. Our goal with the Conspiracy For Good is to entice, engage, and inspire the audience to drive real-world change through their participation in a narrative”.
