Microsoft has unveiled two new features for the forthcoming update of Office 2011 for Mac.
Reuters reported on Wednesday that the software giant has released a new video describing new, key features in the upcoming update, which include Image Editing tools and Excel Sparklines.
Available on Apple’s Mac Mojo blog, the video describes enhanced compatibility between the Windows and Mac versions of the productivity suite.
"What we've been able to do in Office for Mac 2011 is to bring a lot of power to bear to produce a professional-looking document that's still compatible with Office for Windows," said Kurt Schmucker, a member of Mac team at Redmond, while demonstrating the video online.
This video comes one week after Microsoft posted its first video dedicated to Mac Office, announcing the return of Outlook for Mac as well as enhancements to the suite's user interface.
