Archos is ready to showcase a series of five tablet devices at the IFA in Berlin next month.
The French electronics manufacturer will display the Archos 7 and Archos 8 Home Tablets, the Archos 9 PC Tablet with Windows 7, and the Archos 32 internet tablet, at the IFA, tech news site Tech Radar reported on Monday.
The IFA is the world’s largest exhibition of consumer electronics and is set to be held in Berlin between the 3-8 September.
"The company will showcase five new Internet Tablets ranging touch screen from 2.8 to 10 inches featuring computing, communications and apps with the power of Android plus. Archos' legendary video quality will be shown for the first time," the company said in an official announcement for the upcoming event.
Archos is expected to face stiff competition from first-time table makers such as Toshiba, ViewSonic, Samsung in a market currently dominated by Apple’s iPad.
