HTC Desire Z Available For £30 Per month

The HTC Desire Z has already gone on preorder with the first devices expected to be dispatched on the 16th of October for as little as £30 per month from T-Mobile.

The mobile phone operator is offering the keyboard-equipped Android handset for a monthly £30 on a two year contract, via mobilephonesdirect (opens in new tab). The package includes 900 minutes, 500 texts and 3GB mobile web data quota (even though they say unlimited).

The same package but on a 18-month contract will cost £40 per month (with the added bonus of getting unlimited text and £20 free accessories). Both Vodafone and O2 also offer the phone but none are as competitive as T-Mobile.

The phone, which is a reworked version of the popular HTC Desire, comes with a slide out keyboard and will give Motorola's Milestone a serious run for its money. The Desire Z also gets a slightly different CPU and also adds the new HTCSense.com and the HTC UI.
