Apple thinks it owns the word "pod" and has sent its sharp-suited lawyers after a firm called Sector Labs that is developing a product it has the audacity to want to call Video Pod.
Apple has filed an 873-page document in a US court outlining why it thinks it - and only it - should be allowed to use the word 'pod'.
Apple has claimed that if other firms use 'pod' in their products consumers might get confused.
Which is bizarre.
