Pioneer has unveiled the special edition HDJ-1000 headphones that come in a shiny golden and a black version.
Built for professional DJs and enthusiasts, the headsets pack a lot of other features besides the 'bling' factor.
When it comes to portability, the headsets, which come with a chrome finish in the golden version, are capable of folding for easy packing.
The HDJ-1000 headphones also come with a built-in mono or stereo selector switch, which is designed to give a crystal clear playback and come with enhanced bass frequencies and linear response. The headsets have a 38 micrometers diaphragm and 1.5mm voice coil.
The headsets will be available for purchased in December and sport a price tag of $209. Pioneer said that the headset will ship with a carry pouch and will have a a frequency range of 5Hz to 30kHz.
Pioneer has been making stereo systems and audio equipment for ages and has branched into making DJ turntables, speaker equipments and headphones.
