Apple is expected to launch a new edition of its MacBook Air and an all-new iLife 2011 software suite at the Back to the Mac event held today.
According to tech new site Engadget, the company's 'Back to the Mac' event will see the launch of the new MacBook Air and new iLife software suite.
The iLife software suite will contain new versions of the Movie '11, iPhoto '11, and GarageBand '11 software that make up with the new iLife suite.
However, it is still not confirmed whether the Cupertino-based consumer electronics giant will be launching a new Mac OS X version, which has been codenamed Lion.
The news about the products were reported by Engadet after it discovered new product forums being set up on Apple's support website.
Apple fans have been eagerly waiting for the company to launch new Mac products, as the company has been focusing more on iPod, iPhone and iPad products, which have been doing exceptionally well in the market.
The company reported that it sold 14 million iPhones in the third quarter and is expected to sell more than 10 million iPad units by the end of this year.
