BlackBerry Bold 9780 – in pictures

One Mobile Ring has had exclusive access to the recently announced Research In Motion newest BlackBerry, the Bold 9780. We thought we would whet your appetite with a walk through of a number of key features on the handset, in our image break down of the newest RIM handset to be unveiled running the BlackBerry 6 OS - ahead of our official review, coming soon.

The BlackBerry Bold 9780 running the latest BlackBerry 6 OS, which brings to the device a whole host of new features such as universal searching, WIFI tethering, social networking feeds, a new Webkit browser and an improved UI.

The search tool can be run from anywhere inside the OS by just typing on the keyboard, where searching is performed on the fly in emails, IM’s, text messages, music, RSS feeds and even social networking sites.

The BlackBerry Bold 9780 running another new feature of the BlackBerry 6 OS, the social feeds. This application aggregates streams from BlackBerry Messenger, Facebook, MySpace, Twitter and RSS streams into one page, which appears as a single feed with notifications arriving on the home screen.

The BlackBerry Bold 9780 rear, which houses a 5 megapixel camera – where the previous model only carried a 3.2MP camera and the original tipped up with just 2 megapixel offering.
