The HTC Desire Z will go on sale at mobile phone operator Vodafone for only £30 per month on a two year agreement and will target business consumers.
The handset - which was released back in September - runs on a 800MHz Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM7230 SoC, carries a 3.7-inch WVGA capacitive touchscreen and a sliding QWERTY keyboard with four row of keys but no directional pad.
There's also an improved graphics module, 4GB internal storage, the new HTCSense user interface on top of Android OS 2.2 (Froyo), Wi-Fi, HSDPA, GPS, a 5-megapixel camera with AF that offers HD recording features and HTCSense.com remote services.
The £30 package includes 3000 minutes to UK landlines, 750 minutes to UK mobiles, 250 standard UK texts and 500MB data allowance.
Vodafone says that the deal will expire at the end of the month and it's worth noting that the deal is ex VAT, which means that its price will go up to £36 all inclusive next year.
The HTC Desire Z can also be purchased SIM Free from £429.99 including delivery.
