Call Of Duty: Black Ops developer Treyarch has announced that it is working on a downloadable patch for the PS3 version of the game.
The highly successful Call of Duty title is set to be patched following a string of reports that there are several faults within the game.
According to T3, some of the problems reported include: gamers being unable to hear enemy footsteps properly, players spawning in the wrong places and the online leaderboard incorrectly reports kills, deaths and assists. The patch will set out to correct all these issues as well as others.
Users of the PS3 edition of the game seem to be the worst affected, although gamers across all platforms have been reporting glitches within Black Ops since its release last week.
Despite the complaints Black Ops has still had one of the most successful games launches of all time, having sold 2 million units in the UK during the first five days of its release.
