Orange Offers Xbox 360 Console With Three Months Broadband For Tenner

Until the end of the 29th of November, Orange is offering a rather good deal which includes three months free broadband and an Xbox 360 for a tenner when taking on an 18-month contract with Orange.

The Groupon offer, which can be found here, offers 20Mbps broadband for as little as £7.50 per month excluding line rental without connection fee of £11.50 per month.

Customers will receive a Wireless-N router which Orange says is worth £50, free McAfee protection and will be able to make calls to landlines on numbers starting with 01, 02, 03, 0845 and 0870 during the evening and the weekend.

You will have to be both an Orange mobile customer AND live in an Orange Network area to get the maximum discount and the free three months contract.

Orange defines an Orange mobile customer as one who has topped at least £10 in the last three months on PAYG or a pay monthly customer.

The cheapest Xbox 360 Slim console on the market is the 4GB model available from Amazon for £145 and three months free broadband are worth £22.50, which means that the total price of the deal currently stands at £167.50 although users will still need to pay £11.50 per month for the first three months.

The total cost of ownership currently stands at £319.50 (£17.80 monthly over 18 months) for an Orange customer living in an Orange area.

If you are not an Orange customer, then grab one of Orange's free SIM packages and top it up with £10, which should last for at least three months.

You can find more details about the Orange package here.
