Sony Centres Flogging Free Playstation 3 With LCD TV

As a reminder, customers buying a Sony 3D TV for just over £1100 by the end of the Sunday will get a free Playstation 3 gaming console, a copy of Gran Turismo 5, a 3D transmitter and two pairs of 3D glasses.

This might suit those looking for a slightly better version of the Bravia KDL-22PX300, that LCD TV set from Sony that comes with a Playstation 2 gaming console amongst other things.

The cheapest 3D television at Sony is the KDL-40HX803 which retails for £1299.99 but which you can get for £1106.37 as part of Sony's VAT-back scheme which ends on the eve of Christmas Eve.

We understand that the PS3 you will receive will be a 160GB version with one controller, that the Gran Turismo 5 is the first stereoscopic racing game on the market and that Sony values the deal at around £500.

Given that many close late today, you could try your luck by getting in touch with your nearest Sony Centre here. Always check on the phone before ordering.
