Samsung's Android-based tablet, the Galaxy Tab, has dropped down in price again, this time at HMV where it can be had for only £419.99 including free UK delivery.
The suggested retail price of the tablet was originally set at £800 with most of the other popular online retailers selling it for £449 and above.
HMV's price (opens in new tab) also includes 41999 purehmv points which you can exchange for a number of gifts online including music tracks and collectables.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab is a stunning piece of hardware, one that is both a tablet and a smartphone. Like the Nexus S, it is an evolution of the Galaxy S with which it shares the hardware.
There's a Hummingbird processor, 16GB onboard storage, 512MB RAM, a 7-inch WSVGA capacitive touchscreen, a 3.2-megapixel rear camera and a front facing webcam.
Apart from being a 3G device, it also packas Wi-Fi, Android OS 2.2 and a host of other features including Flash player compatibility.
Samsung has already announced that more than one million Galaxy Tabs have been sold until now and there's even a Galaxy Tab "Luxury Edition" that is on sale.
