Korean consumer electronics giant Samsung is preparing to launch the Samsung Galaxy Tab 'Luxury Edition', set to come with an exclusive leather case and bluetooth headset.
The device, set to cost around $1,000, was unveiled by the company at the Millionaire Fair, a European expo which showcases expensive and luxurious items ranging from gadgets to airplanes.
According to TG Daily, there is very little unique about the 'Luxury Edition' Galaxy Tab, aside from the leather bag and the bluetooth headset. The tech news site reports that the device is identical to the one available around the world through wireless carriers.
Samsung recently announced that it had sold one million Galaxy Tab units worldwide within the first two months of its launch, which is quite impressive, considering the fact that it has gone up against Apple's iPad, which sold 2 million units in its first two months.
The company is expected to launch the 'Luxury Edition' on Wednesday and will offer it as a limited bundle until January next year.
