Until the 2nd of January, British supermarket Morrisons is offering popular game Call of Duty : Black Ops for a mere £29.99 for the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 gaming platforms.
Unfortunately, the offer (opens in new tab) is only valid instore and the deal doesn't apply to the PC version. The game was previously available for as little as £19.99 but this low price came with some strings attached (like spending a certain amount of money with the retailer).
The game is available from Amazon, the next cheapest retailer, for £10 extra and is already the best selling game of 2010 despite being released less than two months ago.
Activision reported three days before Christmas that Sales of Call of Duty : Black Ops had surpassed the one billion dollar milestone, the first game to do so in less than 50 days.
The game pulled in more than $650 million in the first five days after its launch but just over half of that in the following 45 days.
CoD : Black Ops is still the best selling game for the Xbox 360 and the Playstation 3 gaming platforms at Amazon UK.
