Dell's long rumoured 'Looking Glass' tablet has surfaced on the web site of the US Federal Communications Commission, where it has gone seeking approval.
Dell is expected to unveil the device at the Consumer Electronics Show next month but thaks to the FCC filing, a bunch of hardware specifications has been outed ahead of time.
The documents, which were filed by Dell with the FCC on December 17th, reveal that the seven-inch tablet device will come 3G capabilities that are supported by both AT&T and T-Mobile. Naturally it will be Wi-fi ready, plus it will sport a microSD card, SIM card slot and Bluetooth capabilities.
It is still not clear whether Dell will allow users to make voice calls or not, but voice calling is available on the similarly-sized Dell Streak.
The new tablet will be one of the first to run on a Nvidia Tegra 2 chip.
