Japanese gaming giant Nintendo is gearing up to showcase a number of gaming titles at an event in Tokyo ahead of its February launch.
According to Adriasang, the company will be showcasing 32 3DS titles at the Nintendo World 2011 3DS event to be held at the Makuhari Messe convention center outside the Japanese capital.
Interestingly, out of the 32 titles to be showcased, almost half of them will be playable by the public. This will be the first time the general public will be able to try out the highly awaited device and Nintendo is counting on the event to generate a much needed buzz for the 3D gaming technology.
Some of the titles that will be playable by the public include Street Fighter IV 3D Edition, Pro Evolution 3DSoccer, Resident Evil Revelations, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D and some augmented reality games.
Nintendo has also warned that children below 6 years should not use the device when it is on 3D mode as it can be potentially damage the development of their eyesight.
