Microsoft's corporate vice president for Windows marketing Brad Brooks has left his job to join IT networking firm Juniper Networks.
In a press release, Juniper said that Brooks will be joining the company as its vice president of worldwide enterprise marketing and solutions.
The company said that Brooks will be responsible for developing marketing strategies for Juniper's enterprise division and defining roadmaps for the company's vertical and horizontal solutions.
Brooks will be reporting directly to Lauren Flaherty, the executive vice president and chief marketing officer at Juniper.
Flaherty said in a statement: “Brad is a superb global marketer with a track record of driving significant business growth. His depth of experience aligns very well with our focus on accelerating the new network and I am thrilled we have Brad in this highly strategic role.”
Prior to holding a key position at Microsoft, Brooks has handled product management, business development, sales and marketing jobs at AT&T and Lucent Technologies.
