Computer maker Dell has revealed its new range of Latitude E-Series laptops, desktops and enterprise workstations, designed to cater to both the corporate and Gen-Y market.
In a blog post, the company said that the new range is based on feedback it had received from a previous survey.
The seven new laptops - E5420, E5520, E6520, E6420, E6320, E6220 and E6420 - focus on a sturdy design and a new range of features that offer improved connectivity and a reliable support system.
“There were more than 100 durability-focused design improvements across our E-family products, including a solid metal frame that increases stiffness and strength, a screen seal that helps cushion the panel, and tighter keycaps,” the company explained.
The laptops are also designed to "to retain the stylish appeal customers have come to expect", Dell said, and come with enhanced antenna support and mobile broadband support.
The Dell Latitude E5 and E6 series will be available this spring.
