Apple has brought out the first TV commercial for its hot-selling iPad 2 tablet device with the slogan 'We Believe'.
The iPad 2 advertisement, which comes as Apple's newest tablet PC is breaking sales records, focuses more on the device's ease of use, rather than the technology it runs on.
Apple traditionally cites the hundreds of thousands of apps available for the device and focuses more on the technology it has pioneered, but at this time, when the market is being flooded with iPad 'wannabes', the company wants the consumers to know that the iPad 2 is the most easy-to-use device on the market.
The iPad 2 commercial also focuses on iPad 2 exclusives like iPhoto, the iBook app as well as the new Garageband app that Steve Jobs unveiled during the device's launch.
The voice-over in the commercial says “This is what we believe. Technology alone is not enough. Faster, thinner, lighter — those are all good things. But when technology gets out of the way, everything becomes more delightful, even magical. That’s when you leap forward. That’s when you end up with something like this.”
Apple fans don't seem to need to be coaxed into buying a new iPad 2 device as it has already become one of the most sought after devices and is very difficult to find on shelves across the globe.
