Nokia’s new X7 smartphone was leaked by Three in a promotional video for the network which gave fans all around the world a good glimpse of the new Symbian UI operating system.

Shortly after this “accidental” leak, Three withdrew the video, but by then a handful of tech enthusiasts had already made their own copies of the footage and uploaded it for everyone to see.

The video is now available to view on tech website Engadget, who also suspect that the leak may have been timed to coincide with a Nokia announcement about Symbian.

Reports suggest that Nokia is likely to announce an update of the Symbian^3 mobile operating system at the press conference taking place today in London. The new Symbian UI is believed to be a lot faster than its predecessors, and as sources revealed, it will also come equipped with a brand new and beefed up browser.

According to sources who have been keeping an eagle eye on the developments, the new Nokia X7 is likely to be a revolutionary step forward in the smartphone market with its amazing specs and features.

The handset features an 8 MP camera with dual LED flash, a pretty big ClearBlack OLED screen (sized somewhere around 4 inches), High-Definition video recording, a portrait QWERTY keyboard and much more.
