A new app was launched today by the social communication platform Cloudtalk for the iPhone and Android OS.
The app, as claimed by the company, features a fresh approach towards making online communication more fun for the owners of these devices with a brand new interface and a bunch of exciting multimedia features.
The new app, named Voice will allow users to communicate with each other with asynchronous voice messages. And not only that, users can also add photos and videos to these messages.
Interestingly, the new app will also allow users to participate in group messaging, both within a limited group, as well as within the entire Cloud Talk community.
Expressing his point of view on the latest trends in the social communication platforms Tm Bajarin, the principal analyst at Creative Strategies said in a statement, “There’s been a dramatic shift in the messaging landscape in the past six months, evidenced by an appetite for a more intimate and social kind of mobile communication”.
“This (Cloudtalk Voice) should drive new platforms towards a more authentic style of communication, and it will be interesting to see how this space plays out,” Bajarin added.
The app is available for download on the iTune App store as well as on the Android Market.
