Mobile phone network Three has also announced it will be joining Vodafone in carrying the new BlackBerry Bold 9900, when the mobile phone arrives in the next few months.
The BlackBerry Bold 9900 was just launched in Florida, at RIM’s BlackBerry World event where it is their thinnest phone and fastest mobile to date.
Recent Bolds have had more of a smaller BlackBerry Curve design, where the Bold 9900 is a call back to the original device and one that One Mobile Ring believes was very popular and will be once more.
BlackBerry Bold 9900 arrives with a 2.8-inch 640x480 287 dpi capacitive touch screen display, a full QWERTY keyboard, with an optical trackpad, whilst running from a 1.2 GHz processor, with 8GB of on-board memory, built in NFC technology and a 5megapixel camera that supports 720p HD video recording.
Three hasn’t released any pricing details for the Bold 9900, neither has Vodafone. Three are currently carrying the BlackBerry 9800 Torch on their £35 a month ‘One Plan’, which is accompanied by 2,000 minutes, a 5,000 text message bundle and a truly unlimited data allowance – with no limits whatsoever.
The 9800 is also available on a £30 tariff, with 500 minutes, a 5,000 text message bundle and a 1GB data allowance.
One Mobile Ring expects the same price plans will accompany the BlackBerry Bold 9900, when the handset arrives during the summer time.
