A spoof of the best man’s speech given by Prince Harry during the Royal Wedding has become an instant hit online.
The video spoof, complete with animation and AV content, has garnered more than 30,000 views on video sharing platform YouTube, The Drum reports.
The video spoof has been doing the rounds on social media platforms like Facebook and has also been covered by leading media outlets like The Telegraph, Yahoo News and OK Magazine.
The spoof was created by PowerPoint presentation maker Article 10 Presentations and was posted on its website. The company is a registered Microsoft partner and counts Orange, Sony, Samsung and other big names as clients.
The company was surprised by the video's popularity and the subsequent coverage it has resulted in.
“Frankly speaking, we didn’t expect our spoof be taken seriously by the traditional media and were surprised when it produced the levels of coverage it did,” Lyndon Nicholson, managing director of Article10 Group, said in a statement.
“We’ve seen a surge in traffic to our website and received loads of positive comments about the presentation. So far, we’ve had more than 30,000 hits on YouTube and endless comments and conversations across Twitter and blogger platforms, which have increased our presence on an international scale.”
