One Mobile Ring has just taken stock of the INQ Cloud Touch mobile phone for an upcoming review, where we thought we would publish these unboxing images in the mean time.
The new mobile is the successor to the very first budget INQ 1 social networking mobile from 2008, along with the follow-up handsets; the INQ Mini 3G and Chat 3G from late 2009.
INQ’s Cloud Touch is the first handset of theirs to run from the Google Android OS, unlike their previous phones that were based around the Qualcomm Brew platform.
Facebook is being touted as key to the handset, whilst being geared up for people that use that particular social networking site with more thorough integration with FB than ever before.
The Cloud Touch is the company’s first ever touch screen mobile too, which arrives with a 3.5-inch HGVA display, a 600Mhz processor, with a 5 megapixel camera and runs from the Android ‘Froyo’ 2.2 OS - where Gingerbread could be run on the handset, at a later date.
One Mobile Ring caught up with INQ at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona this year, where we captured a hands-on walkthrough of the Cloud Touch on video – which can be seen here.
