Gearbox Software has dished out the demo version of the highly anticipated Duke Nukem Forever for the members of the first access club.
The game developer said that the members of the Duke Nukem Forever First Access Club can now download the demo using their unique access code and email address.
The first access club comprises of gamers that have already pre-ordered the game or purchased the Game of the Year edition of Borderlands.
Gearbox failed to inform when the demo will be released for the general public but now it seems the demo will be launched alongside the full game. After 12 years of wait, the iconic game will be launched for multiple platforms on June 19 for Europe and rest of the world while the US launch will on June 14.
In the US, Gamestop and Amazon, the official retailers for the game, will be offering it for $59.99 for the Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3 and $49.99 for the PC version.
If gamers pre-order the game from Gamestop, they will get an in-game Ego Boost, Big Head mode and a t-shirt pack. Amazon on the other hand is offering free three MP3 downloads.
Meanwhile, the voice over artist for Duke Nukem Forever has hinted that the game’s DLC might involve ‘singing’.
