German Teenage Hacker Stole Lady Gaga Songs, Convicted And Sentenced

An Internet obsessed teenage hacker from Germany has reportedly broken into the personal computer systems of several artists and has managed to steal their songs and private photos. The latest victim of this teenage hacker is none other than popular pop artist Lady Gaga.

The teenager who identifies himself as DJ Stolen earned more than 15,000 Euros by breaking copyright laws. The troubled teen after the conviction admitted before the judge of planting Trojans and using phishing emails to break into various artists computer.

The 18 year old is identified to the public only as Deniz A as he is a minor, and was sentenced to 6 months of community service by Judge, Volker Schmidt-Hoelsken. While passing the sentence Judge Hoelsken also warned the teen not to indulge in any hacking activity for the next 6 months, or else he may have to face 18 months of detention. According to Judge Hoelsken, Deniz A was primarily motivated by quick fame as opposed to criminal intend. Apart from the community service the teenager will also undergo therapy to cure his addiction to the Internet.

Lady Gaga is not the only artist to become a victim of hacking as pre-released tracks from artists like Justin Timberlake, Leona Lewis, and Kesha has also been stolen during the last two years.
