On-line mobile phone retailer Clove Technology has announced it will be stocking the Samsung Galaxy S II, in the new colour of white.
The white version of the Samsung Galaxy S II is due to go on sale on August 15th, with a storage capacity of 16GB - where no mobile phone network has carried that version of the handset to date.
Clove has listed the mobile phone for £492 SIM free and unlocked, where the standard black version has a cost attached of £478.80.
Samsung launched the Galaxy S II in February this year at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, as the successor to the original Galaxy S. The new mobile phone arrives with a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED Plus touch screen, a dual-core 1.2GHz processor, with an 8 megapixel camera and HSPA+ capabilities whilst running from 'Android 'Gingerbread' 2.3.
Samsung has recently unveiled the Galaxy S II has reached 5 million in sales and in just 85 days. Perhaps the South Korean electronics company is trying to duplicate Apple success of late, where it introduced a white model to boost sales just as Samsung now has.
